Today

Today I exercised for a little over an hour. I rode a stationary bike for 30 mins.......300 calories burned. Then I walked for 40 minutes. Felt really good. I have had a lot of time to read lately, which has been great. I am now reading a book called "Lord of the Barnyard: Killing the Fatted Calf and Arming the Aware in the Cornbelt". It is a great book. Sort of a southern-gothic epic. Very well written and a fun read. The author, Tristan Egolf apparently killed himself not too long ago, I think he was only thirty something. Too bad, I would have looked forward to more of his writing. I'm planning on possibly reading 20,000 leagues under sometime soon.
